General Terms

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 2:00 PM.
• Guests must present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in.
• Full payment is required at the time of check-in. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cash, and online payments.
• Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel.

Reservations and Cancellations

• Reservations can be made online or by contacting the hotel directly.
• Cancellation of reservations must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date to avoid charges.
• In case of a no-show or late cancellation, a charge equivalent to one night's stay will be applied.

Damage and Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
• The hotel is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes provided.
• The hotel reserves the right to charge for any damages or loss caused by the guest.
